Our Story
SasSea Wraps™ was born out of a genuine need to solve a common problem faced by athletes and water enthusiasts. Patty Baiano, a seasoned PADI Divemaster and avid wakeboarder, struggled with managing her long hair during her activities. After a particularly harrowing experience where she had to cut her hair to the scalp post-scuba dive, Patty knew there had to be a better way.
Inspired by her daughter Ariel, a Junior Olympic swimmer, who had similar problems with her waist-length hair, Patty embarked on a mission to create a hair accessory that would keep hair tangle-free and secure, no matter the sport or environment.
Our Evolution
The journey was filled with challenges, from finding the right materials to perfecting the design, but Patty’s determination never wavered.
