Our Returns Philosophy
We want you to feel confident trying SasSea Wraps®. That said, we are a small, independent brand offering a handmade personal-use product, not a mass-produced item that can be resold once opened.
Because of this, our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and sustainable for both our customers and our business.
Returns
We accept returns on unused or gently tried items within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned in their original condition
A copy of your invoice or order confirmation must be included
Returns must be shipped back to us by the customer
Please note:
👉 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
👉 We are unable to provide prepaid return labels
Why Return Shipping Is Not Covered
SasSea Wraps are handmade, personal-use hair accessories that cannot be resold once opened or worn. Returned items are inspected and may only be repurposed for internal display or educational use.
Unlike large marketplace retailers, we do not build free return shipping into our pricing. This allows us to:
Keep pricing fair
Maintain eco-conscious practices
Support ethical, small-batch production
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
A refund will be issued to your original payment method
You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed
Please note that most banks take 5–7 business days to post refunded funds back to your account. This processing time is determined by your financial institution and is outside of our control.
Shipping Timeframes & Delays
Orders shipped via USPS First Class Mail do not include tracking and may experience delays during peak shipping periods, holidays, or severe weather.
We appreciate your patience and understanding, especially during high-volume seasons.
